Laibao has a R&D and technical center, which conducts product development, sample evaluation and technical support around water-based wax lotion, wax dispersions and functional additives. The research and development work is based on the actual application of customers, focusing on the dispersibility, stability, film-forming performance, and surface functional effects of products in different aqueous systems.

The Laibao R&D Center mainly serves applications such as water-based inks, varnish, coatings, leather, textiles, metal surface treatment, rubber and plastic, and automotive interiors. The R&D team conducts product adaptation, performance observation, and customer testing support based on the requirements of different systems for wear resistance, waterproofing, smoothness, anti adhesion, release, gloss, tactile sensation, and protective performance.

In the product development process, Laibao attaches great importance to key factors such as wax type selection, emulsification/dispersion process, particle size control, pH and ion type matching, system compatibility, and storage stability. By combining laboratory testing with customer application feedback, we continuously optimize product performance and provide usage recommendations.

For customer projects, Laibao can assist in recommending preliminary product directions based on the application areas, resin systems, construction methods, and target performance provided by the customer, and provide sample and technical data support. The final applicability needs to be tested and confirmed in conjunction with the customer's own system.
